This 6 week group provides a safe, supportive and healing environment to explore your grief process with others who've had a similar experience. Learn valuable skills for coping with loss and bereavement and take steps toward improving your daily quality of life, emotional resiliency and physical vitality.
This group is a 6-week session, meeting on Mondays from 7:00-9:00pm, March 1 - April 12. There will be no meeting on March 29.
